Beef Cut to Order

Foxbard Beef Steers are processed in the Fall and Winter with our beef available on a reserved basis. All of our Angus beef is USDA approved. Beef is aged two meat2weeks before cutting, then flash frozen and cryo-wrapped to remain freezer safe for up to a year.

We sell Foxbard Beef in 25lb and 50lb bagged quantities. You have the opportunity to select the beef cut make-up of your order (e.g. % of hamburg vs. steaks), and pricing is a flat rate per lb based in your order size. Organ meats/bones and liver are available separately for purchase.
